Preorders made before March 2nd ship between May 1st and 14th. Preorders made from March 3rd onward ship between May 21st and 30th.

Preorders will ship between June 4th and 11th.

Yes, for pre-ordered items we offer refunds within 30 days, no questions asked and do not charge any fees. For shipped items we also accept 30 day returns on damaged items but require the purchaser to cover the cost of return shipping.
