This is a great heavy yet practical cup. Fits a good amount of liquid in it (hence practical) Got it as a gift for my gym rat son and he drinks from it every day!

This is my 3rd purchase from Heavy* First the "Shot," then the "Tumbler" for road trips; but the 5lb Mug is by far the best. I use it for coffee in the morning and adult drinks in the evenings. It holds the temps hot or cold, and after a day of using the mug, you can really feel it in the biceps and forearms. Its now my EDC of kitchenware. I'm not sure I'm ready for that 22lb gold yet. The 5lb just right.

Robust, practically heavy, best mug ever
When I first got the cup. It is deceivingly heavy for 5 pounds. I go to the gym and lift heavy but when I come home and have my morning cup of coffee at times, I forget that that 5 pounds weighs a lot. Of course the website says it holds 11.5 ounces but it can hold 12 ounces. It just means you don’t have very much room for creamer or sugar if you like that. lol

Ive been using mine for a little while now, and its been epic! The novelty of using it has helped me stay more hydrated as its actually kinda fun to use, and even more fun to show off. The 5lb is a lot heavier than it sounds, and if youre not already jacked id suggests starting here. I dont think I could have used the 22. Not seriously anyway. Even a 10 would be a challenge!

I love it! Very sturdy and well manufactured cup for sure. My 1 1/2 old son loves carrying it around the house. I also got the 3 pound tumbler, another amazing cup. Only complaint, it fills full when it's empty lol. I'm excited to buy the 22 lb cup and the 1 pound shot glass.

I'm 6'4" tall and this mug is perfect for me. It cools my coffee to drinking temperature quicker than any other mug I own. I'm also in sales and this mug is an amazing conversation "anchor" while building rapport at my desk. I make a cup of coffee and tell my Customer, "Pick that up for me and tell me if it's not the 'strongest' cup of coffee ever." They are always impressed and I always get a great laugh. It also doesn't escape me that this would make a great home defense device...just sayin'...lol. I just need another one for home now.
